Citizens
Turned Away at Trustees Meeting
About 20 Radburn residents were refused admittance to the
Radburn Board of Trustees meeting at The Grange on November
30. The New Jersey Planned Real Estate Full Disclosure Act
(PREDFA) requires that communities such as Radburn allow citizens
to attend any board meetings at which binding votes are to
be taken. In refusing the citizens, Radburn Association President
Robert Matule claimed that the meeting that night would contain
no binding votes, and therefore there was no legal requirement
that the community be allowed in the door.
